HP Manufacturer Warranty

Every HP printer purchased from KV DIGITAL comes with an official HP manufacturer warranty. As an Authorized HP Reseller, we guarantee that all products are 100% genuine and eligible for full HP warranty coverage.

All printers sold by KV DIGITAL include a minimum 1-Year HP Manufacturer Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
Consumable parts such as ink cartridges unless defective at time of delivery
Damage caused by operating outside the permitted or intended uses described in HP documentation
Damage caused by non-HP software, accessories, media, or supplies
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damage
Damage caused by power surges or use of incorrect power supplies

How to Claim HP Warranty

Register your product at register.hp.com within 30 days of purchase.
Contact HP Support via the HP website or call HP's official support line in your country.
Provide your serial number found on the product label (usually on the back or bottom of the printer).

Tip: Keep your original purchase invoice/receipt from KV DIGITAL as proof of purchase. You will need this to claim warranty service.

Extended Warranty Options
